    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Programs team to support recruiting strategy and projects including:
    • Support our campus recruiting process through the job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews
    • Help to enhance our co-op and intern experiences by creating and participating in student networking opportunities and events
    • Organize career fairs throughout North America
    • Support various projects and programs, such as DE&I initiatives, social media, and employment branding
    • Help manage reporting by capturing and analyzing data to help us make informed talent decisions around our recruitment
    • Conduct industry research on best practices and provide market insights to the Talent Acquisition team
    • Other recruitment, system, and event-related administrative duties as required
