Pharmacy Intern Summer 2023 – Senior Credit Collections Analyst In Jeffersonville

Job Description:

Credit Management reviews the initial credit application, verifies all supporting documentation is received, analyzes the information, and recommends payment terms and credit limit based on DOA. Credit Management also reviews existing customers for payment terms and credit limit adjustments as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive credit application through Salesforce.com
• Handle, trouble-shoot, and resolve recurring or occasional bottlenecks
• Approve or recommend approval based on DOA and within SLAs
• Contact other vendors to obtain credit references
• Update Salesforce.com to reflect accurate and current status of the applications
• Verify information received for completeness and accuracy; request any missing information
• Perform quality checks on the accounts recommended for credit enhancement
• Process the account setup in SAP as per the policy/procedure
• Review existing accounts and their credit limit
• Ensure all documents, approvals, and correspondence related to establishing the credit limit are saved per the policy/procedure

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Ability to analyze financial statements and calculate standard financial ratios
• Understands full OTC cycle
• Familiarity with reading credit reports
• Intermediate level Excel Skills and MS office.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; to include advanced business data interpretation
