Job Description:

The position will primarily be responsible for the implementation and execution of our Internal Audit Departments Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP). This includes helping to define QAIP priorities, measuring progress, and reporting to department management. In addition, this role will assist in executing a select number of consultative and fraud focused audit engagements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzes business trends; leads and aligns financial forecasts and long-range planning processes with our business leaders. Drives business value by providing financial and analytical counsel to facilitate decision-marking around strategic business initiatives.
• Collaborate with U.S. support functions including HR, Finance, accounting, purchasing, etc.
• Prepares monthly financial reporting including variance and financial statement analysis. Able to clearly communicate a cohesive and concise story around business drivers behind financial data and potential implications on future results.
• Assist with annual budget processes, incorporating business initiatives, economic trends, and operational effectiveness. Align budget to business strategies and gain alignment from business partners.
• Perform general bookkeeping, including monthly journal entries, reconciliation of bank statements, and creation of monthly invoices to the Cardinal Health U.S. entity.
• Manage expense accounting, including review of purchase orders, uploading payments on the bank site, and obtaining required approvals for payment

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field like B. Com, C.A (Inter), MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• 4+ years of experience in the related field.
• Excellent English including spoken, comprehension and written skills.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Proficient user of finance software like Tally.
• SAP experience preferred.
