    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible as business PM and work with and across all supply chain functions to ensure successful delivery of the program and ensure we meet the business goals.
    • Operates strategically and tactically to deliver on projects/programs very complex in nature.
    • Establish strong relationship, influence and maintain engagement with functions outside of SCO including OneX (Operations) portfolio and program management team.
    • Develop and actively maintain multiple project plans while monitoring projects from initiation through delivery.
    • Track program progress, interdependencies, milestones, and deliverables across various project tracks to ensure successful project implementation and rollout.
    • Manage risk management/mitigation while driving closure to major program issues.
    • Lead daily stand-ups, program commits, and other relevant program discussions.
    • Provide consistent and comprehensive status reporting, executive-level dashboards, program updates to key stakeholders and executives.
    • Ability to navigate thru ambiguity and be comfortable leading and managing large group of stakeholders.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience working in a supply chain organization and/or similar domains.
    • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in a relevant field/area.
    • Expert proficiency in communication and facilitation.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills both at a working and executive level.
    • Excellent time management and planning skills with the ability to shift priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
    • Proficient at working in and leading multi-functional teams.
    • Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and enable the facilitation of business outcomes.
    • Operates with a sense of urgency and is eager to learn and apply new methods and standard methodologies.
    • You are knowledgeable and experienced with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and certification in these practices is a plus.
    • Results focused with an attention to responsiveness and accountability.
    • High energy with ability to motivate and encourage others.
    • Self-motivated and committed to continual learning.
