    Value-based Agreements are key for Cigna’s Affordable Care Act (ACA) Exchange business to drive improvements in customer access, affordability, and health equity. The Provider Engagement Lead oversees operations and relationship management for all select provider groups under a value-based payment agreement for Cigna’s ACA business.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Participate in regular internal JOCs with population health and matrix partner leadership to review performance reports and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Serve as primary liaison between the IFP segment and engaged provider partners in managing a variety of value-based contracts.
    • Interface with the Analytics, Market Management, Contracting and Clinical teams to ensure provider relationships are well-maintained and supported for optimal success.
    • Gain proficiency in frequently-used provider reporting and analytics tools, including but not limited to
    • Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and eCommerce.
    • Work collaboratively with segment contracting and local market teams on program expansion plans.
    • Plan and oversee external Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meetings with engaged provider groups every 1-3 months per group.
    • Be the subject matter expert for engaged provider relationships and programming, including serving as the key point of contact for providers and within the segment when complex provider issues need to be addressed.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Strong team mentor and communicator
    • Strong Knowledge of supporting Dell EMC, NetApp, Infinidat and Cisco MDS technologies
    • Ability to work independently or in a group setting as needed to accomplish project and support work
    • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and keep up with multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Knowledge with SOX audits processes
    • Knowledge of Windows & Linux Server OS in physical & virtual environments, VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle Database
    • Knowledge or hands-on experience with disaster recovery products
    • Knowledge of enterprise class data centers, day-day support, reporting, monitoring, disaster recovery, code currency upgrades, security patching, hardware refreshes, and design concepts
    • Knowledge of ITSM and Change Management tools prefer ServiceNow
    • Strong knowledge of Storage concepts, security, troubleshooting, and hardware
    • Strong documentation skills to include creating and updating detailed environment design, installation, and support documentation
    • Knowledge with scripting tools such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript and automation with Ansible or VMWare vRO to improve IT efficiencies
