Job Description:

Retail, Preferred, Small Business & Wealth Management Technology provides integrated technology solutions to the company’s consumer and small business relationships and wealth management clients. Responsibilities include delivering capabilities across channels (online, mobile, ATM, contact center, voice and conversational commerce), payments and merchant services, and investment and banking product platforms. The team enables tools for employees to serve clients in thousands of financial centers and in Merrill and Private Bank offices across the U.S.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with Executives and peer Business Support Managers (BSMs)
• Coordinate and drive effective management routines
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting on a range of topics, as needed.
• Ensure adherence and consistent practices around key processes and requirements

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Excellent written / verbal communication skills and executive presence
• Strong analytical, financial management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail
• Ability to develop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensure all accountable parties understand respective roles/responsibilities
• Prior experience handling multiple facets of running the business of technology: financial management including forecasting, project management, process improvement, reporting and data analysis.
• Proven ability to develop executive ready communications and presentations
• Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
• Well organized/excellent time management skills
• Ability to think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve efficiency
