Job Responsibilities:

• Provide clear, timely and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive team
• Partner with multiple Engineering leads to drive cross functional programs through delivery; inclusive of timelines, planning, requirements, and dependencies.
• Manage risks, mitigations, and drive alignment across the organization and between teams
• Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project team, maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration
• Proactively identify issues and solutions, and mobilize resources necessary to address and resolve. Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks and track risks to schedule and product quality, including multi-functional dependencies

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in front end development, primarily working with vanilla JavaScript among other front development technologies
• 3+ years experience in library implementation
• A solid grasp of Javascript and developing robust, well thought out, and easily maintained code
• Familiarity with: HTML, CSS, and SASS
• Experience writing documentation and building unit tests
• Passionate about emerging web technologies
• Passionate about representing and educating other teams on your JavaScript libraries/frameworks
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and patient
