    Job Description:

    This role will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. In addition, they will own programs that run across the broader HR team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Currently in the penultimate year of a university degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources or a related discipline.
    • You must have Australian/New Zealand citizenship or Australian PR at the time you submit your application.
    • Being an enthusiastic team player
    • The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload
    •  A strong solution focus, with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
    • Strong internal and external customer service focus
    • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements
    • Understand the entire talent system and each stage of the employee lifecycle
    • A hands-on approach, as well as the ability to monitor the “pulse” of the employees ensuring a high level of employee engagement
    • Ability to work and support a complex and rapid 24/7 environment that has multiple shifts and a significant staffing ramp during our seasonal peak in the fourth quarter.
    • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to deliver within deadlines
    • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations, show a bias for action to come up with solutions
